1. What happens after I order an account? - Top

We will set up your account in approximately 1 business day after receiving your order. Our hosting service works on a prepayment system.

The login and uploading information will be emailed to your email address that you provide in the sign up form.

2. Fees for my website are due soon - Top

QUESTION
Fees for my website are due soon! Do you automatically deduct the fees or how do I pay them?

ANSWER
Your credit card account will be automatically on the first of each month for the term that you signed up for and there is no need to do anything. Invoices are not mailed for credit card billing customers for hosting. Your credit card statement is your receipt.

Please review your account from time to time to make sure all your information (contact information, address, phone numbers, etc) is up to date. You may do so via your Account Management control panel. It is best to contact our accounting dept if you change the credit card account at (770) 977-4012. Do not send credit card information through email. Email is not a secure channel.

3. Account deactivations - Top

There are only 3 reasons we deactivate and delete accounts.

1) Non-payment,
2) Spamming violations
3) Non-compliance of our policies.

We would ask that all of our clients to understand that just as they must take measures to protect their business so must ACSi. We provide hosting services for many individuals and businesses; therefore it is necessary for us to establish Policies and Guidelines that will protect both our company as well as those residing on our servers. If we were to alter our policies and guidelines for each situation that may arise in the course of a month, the reason to function as a business would cease to exist.

If your account has been deactivated due to non-payment and you did not fulfill the requirement of providing us on the day your billing was due, your account will be reactivated once you provide our billing department with a working method of payment using a new credit card. Make sure you keep your account information like email addresses and credit card up to date via your Account Management control panel.

If your account has been deactivated and deletion due to spamming violations or any adult material you will not have the opportunity to reactivate your account on our servers. We have a strict non-spamming and adult policy with a zero tolerance. All spamming violators are deactivated and deleted without notice and are given no option of reactivation.

4. My account has been disabled? - Top

In the event we cannot charge your credit card for the hosting fees when due - we will suspend your site if by the end of that month if it is not brought up to date. This means that your site will not be available to the public/Internet. If you would like to get your site turned back on, there will be a late fee charge for the invoice payment and a reactivation fee.

If your account is suspended you can provide new account information here:

5. Billing policy. - Top

We require a minimum one-year contract. You may cancel any time within your contract term. We require 30 days written notice for cancellation through ACSi support ticketing system. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Discover cards and business/personal checks. Fees are due as stated in your terms of your contract. The contract automatically renews at the end of the year, unless we receive 30-day written notice. Your credit card will continue to be automatically charged after the renewal date with no disruption in service.

6. How do I cancel my hosting account - Top

Sorry, we do not accept terms.

8. Can I pay via check to set up an account. - Top

We do accept checks.
Hosting accounts can only be set up via a credit card. If you need to pay by check than you must pay a quarter at a time and we need to have a credit card on file as a backup.
