1. Who can become a reseller. - Top: Anyone who signs up to become a reseller (Partnership) is eligible for our reseller program. To become a reseller for SiteBuilder solutions, simply fill out our reseller program application. ACSi will reply within a few days.

There are no application fees or startup costs for standard Silver Level resellers (partner). If you would like to become a Gold or Platinum Partner, see question #5 for more information.

2. How do I get credit for my client's web sites? - Top: Once the application is approved. You will be assigned a coupon number. Every time your clients use the coupon number you will receive a referral fee.

3. How are resellers billed by ACSi. - Top: Resellers are not billed for client services at all. Only your customers will be billed. Resellers will only be billed by credit card if they want to become a Gold or Platinum Partner. See question #5 for more information on all levels.

4. What discount do I receive as a partner. - Top: You do not receive a discount for client services. Resellers will receive a coupon code for ACSi to keep track of all your clients. This coupon will be for different modules and for the base package. We pay a flat rate per service/module sold. You will receive a pricing schedule after application is approved.

5. How much does a reseller plan cost. - Top: For a completed understanding of all partner levels, please visit ACSi SiteBuilder's home page under the section called "Partner Sign Up" This section will give you a complete description of levels, guidelines and pricing.

6. How do resellers get paid? - Top: ACSi pays resellers once a month by check for accounts that are paid in full.

7. What is an ACSi reseller. - Top: A reseller is someone who resells ACSi SiteBuilder solutions. SiteBuilder is a web site database solution and includes hosting.
