2. What is SiteBuilder written in? - Top

 

ACSi SiteBuilder is written in multiples programming languages. HTML, CGI, PHP, JAVA, SQL
 
3. Can I take SiteBuilder with me? - Top

 

SiteBuilder will only work by residing on our servers. SiteBuilder needs to talk to our engine server to run correctly and to provide current updates and to allow clients to login to make changes.

All of SiteBuilder has this tag in the code "© 1995 - 2006 by ACSi Web Hosting & Designing All rights reserved and design and layout" which means that the technology is licensed for you to us only on our servers, but the content belongs to you. The site technology and design is exclusively owned by ACSi and not allowed to be copied or moved!

 
4. Can I modify SiteBuilder? - Top

 

This is not possible, as SiteBuilder is written in different programming languages and we do not allow our customers to have access to our private servers. If you are in need of a custom module or modification on an existing, than please contact sales@acsi.us for a custom quote.
 
5. Can I use HTML? - Top

 

Yes you can use HTML in SiteBuilder. Only on the sections that allow you to write your text in. You can either write HTML from scratch or copy/paste into the content section.
 
6. What are ACSi SiteBuilder Modules? - Top

 

ACSi SiteBuilder comes with base modules or add on modules. Modules are extra databases that can enhance your site and give your customers more information and a better way to serve them. To see a completed list of modules and descriptions  - visit here.

 

 
7. What type of support does SiteBuilder offer? - Top

 

ACSi supports all of our customers through a web based ticketing system that can be access 24/7. 

Coupon Support:

Our Partners offer coupons for SiteBuilder website database(s). Service/tech support will be different depending upon the coupon code. Partners offer tech support and can answer any "How to?" questions. They also offer many other services.. Many "How to" questions can be answered at support.acsisitebuilder.com. Below explains how ACSi SiteBuilder Coupons Work.

Coupons beginning with "S" : receive support through ACSi Control Panel – Support Ticketing System & the Support Forums. The ACSi Support is on database issues and "How to?" questions.

Coupons beginning with "G" : receive support through their Partner & the Support Forums. ACSi does not support any “How to?” questions. You will need to contact your Partner for answers to your "How to?" questions. Partners can offer you: answers to your "how to?" questions, admin training, content writing, & image editing. ACSi Support is on database issues only.
